Products
Nazzle offers furniture covers, including sofa covers, dining table covers, and dining chair covers. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences.
Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £) unless otherwise stated. We make every reasonable effort to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing error is identified before an order is processed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation acknowledging that your order has been received. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of payment issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.
Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization. Nazzle does not store your complete payment card information.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Shipping times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and other delivery information are described in our Shipping Policy. While we work to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 16 hours of being placed. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If cancellation is no longer available, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets the conditions outlined in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Returns and Refund
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, subject to inspection and the conditions described in that policy.
